Now that you see some houses that you like it is time to go see the property in person. No need to do any additional leg work. We will research the property and provide you with all of the important information.
Submitting Offers!
Now that you have found your next home we will utilize our expertise and negotiation skills to create an offer to get you the home of your dreams!
Offer Accepted!
Congrats your offer was accepted time to complete inspections, work through your mortgage and title processing.
Closing Day!
The house is yours, time to sign all your paper work and move in!
